Stimulating, enagaging and therapeutic sessions for those with memory loss or dementia. 

Small, friendly group sessions that deliver cognitive stimulation therapy.

Cognitive stimulation therapy (CST) is recomended for those with cognitive decline by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE). The programme consists of themed activities which run weekly.
