This role is an exciting opportunity to help improve people's mental well-being by enabling them to take part in physical activity in the natural environment which has been shown to reduce stress, fatigue, anxiety and depression, particularly for marginalised groups.

Full training is provided including 5 days of team building, risk assessment and outdoor activity leadership, as well as qualifications in Emergency First Aid and Outdoor Emergency First Aid.
Expenses are reimbursed with proof of journey.
You will have regular support and supervision.
There are opportunities to progess, learn and practice new skills within a team.
