We run weekly groups and create a safe space for girls struggling with anxiety and their mental health.
The group is LGBT+ friendly space and is for cis and trans women, girls, and non-binary people, who are comfortable in a space that centres the experiences of women, to feel supported.
We run our under 18s (13-17yrs) every Wednesday 4:30-5:30 and our over 18s (18-26yrs) every Wednesday 6:00-7:30. Our location is 39 Gaia Coffee Winner Street, Paignton.
We also have occasional pop up sessions in different locations which is announced on our social media accounts beforehand.
We are currently doing journalling which we supply materials and each session is £2 unless we have fun workshops from local creatives who may charge for supplies, the max is £5 but we would let you know when if so.
The sessions are a safe space where you can openly discuss feelings, worries, and any anxieties with other people who have similar experiences.
But all you have to do is come along, chat and see if you like it! Robyn who runs the sessions does most of the talking so it’s all very relaxed and having something crafty to do takes some of the pressure off talking.
It’s mainly all about kindness, acceptance and warmth while having understanding conversations about anxiety and struggles.
We're not professionals but we care and want to help as much as we can while providing a safe space 🧡
