Join us for a 6-month learning programme, every Monday, from May until October.
We practice social therapeutic horticulture in order to give opportunities to people to build transferrable skills in a farm environment. We also introduce creative techniques when processing the dyes and encourage trainees to have input on the business structure, rhythms, outputs, as well as to get involved with mentoring other participants.
Aimed Outcomes: Improved self-esteem, increased wellbeing and gained independence skills
Finally, there is a chance for outreach, meaningful employment matching following our programme - if suitable for the young person.
