Our 40th Anniversary event supporter will play a vital role in helping us to organise and successfully deliver our celebration events. This flexible role does not require a regular time commitment and offers a variety of opportunities, which include:
- Generally supporting and helping at our events throughout the year, such as: ~ coffee morning / afternoon tea events ~ quiz evenings ~ community-wide fundraising events
- Attending planning and briefing meeting and collaborating with our Fundraising & Support Managers and other volunteers
- Developing an understanding of our charities work and being a positive ambassador and advocate
- We are also looking for volunteers who can offer practical skills such as: ~ cake baking ~ food preparation ~ bar tending

We will provide
- Any necessary training, which may include moving and handling, basic food hygiene and data protection
- Ongoing direction, support and monitoring from our Fundraising and Support Managers during events
- Payment for all agreed travel and out of pocket expenses
