Get active and make a difference with practical nature recovery activities as part of our ongoing biodiversity and habitat creation project. This role involves assisting with the conservation and nature recovery of the Sharpham home farm estate.
The role will include maintenance, fencing, building tree guards, creating wildlife habitats including constructing and erecting bird boxes, under the direction of the Ranger.
The group meet at 10:30am and finish at 3:30pm.
No experience necessary – all training and tools will be provided.
A reasonable level of fitness is required – the terrain is often steep and uneven.
We ask volunteers to aim for a commitment of around six months, with participation
approximately 2–3 times per month if you aren’t able to attend every week.
