Compassion Focused Mindfulness, Therapeutic Peer Support Group

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and mindfulness teacher based in Ashburton. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Code of Ethics. I offer free weekly mindfulness drop-in sessions and low cost monthly therapeutic group work sessions.
