I live in Newton Abbot with my daughter who is struggling to attend school for the last 18 months. She is in year 9 attending Newton Abbot college. I did have support from a family support group until funding was pulled at Christmas. I was advised by the youth intervention worker that my daughter could be on the spectrum? I have had meetings with Sch and the Early Help member of staff who has said if I don't engage with any help groups for myself and my daughter she will close our case at school! My mother who who lives with us is 82yrs old has dementia and other health issues, which I think is effecting my daughter. My daughter has not seen a school councillor or any professional to help at school. Head of safe guarding at Sch thinks my daughter has separation anxiety due to me being off work for 10 months from Aug 2022 to  May 2023 after having an operation.
