Dementia Connect Local Service Manager

I am the Service Manager for the Devon and Torbay Dementia Adviser Service (North Devon).

I have worked for the Alzheimer's Society in this service since 2013 when we initially set up the support service.

In North Devon across the seven GP surgeries in Bideford and Barnstaple we work in partnership with the Older People's Mental Health Team to provide an expanded dementia support service.
