Home Care Support
We Care SW Ltd is a small, newly developed home care company based in Exeter. We are a family run business that believes in strong family values, and we aim to provide a quality service that is driven by you, our customer, to achieve your goal as little or as much assistance as you require. We are registered with CQC, the Care Quality Commission.
We opened our business in June 2015, and We were originally Known as Kinder Care and Support Ltd, after being disillusioned and disappointed by others and wanting to make a difference to the care that people receive in their own home. We aim to build an excellent reputation that responds flexibly and offers continuity to our customers changing requirements whilst promoting and training a quality care staff team that is valued and supported.
Our first inspection took place in November 2015, and we were awarded a ‘Good’ rating which we are proud of.
Our last inspection took place in 2019 which we again were awarded a ‘Good’ rating.
Services are offered that respect and involve our customers which also includes any other people or organisations they would like involved when arranging individual packages of care.
Our aim is to maintain the highest of professional standards whilst responding flexibly and promptly to the changing needs of our customers offering them caring, kind and inclusive support. We consider dignity, respect, confidentiality, and the rights of each individual to be essential requirements in providing a quality service together with companionship, encouragement and support.
We believe that all care should be delivered with kindness, skill and understanding to meet the needs of the individual. To ensure this, we have highly skilled, trained, and caring staff available to visit service users in their own home.
