Set in the splendour of the Barle Valley, Simonsbath House stood alone for over 150 years before the small hamlet of Simonsbath developed in the 19th Century.

This 350 year old house retains many of the wonderful features of yesteryear yet still provides a comfortable and cozy place to stay. With all rooms having picture postcard views of the Barle Valley you can sit and relax whilst planning your next walk along the banks of this picturesque river. Alternatively take a drive to some of the well known parts of Exmoor and its surrounding coast.

Simonsbsth House offers a range of special interest breaks including walking, painting, photography holidays, also working closely with the voluntary and community sector and Exmoor National Park to offer community based projects
