I am a Community Builder in the Kings Ash and Foxhole areas of Paignton. I have lived and worked in the bay for almost two years, living firstly in Paington and now in Brixham. I have always wanted to live in Devon having lived in Hertfordshire most of my life, but holidaying in Devon since I was a child. I used to live abroad and close to the sea. This now means that I love living so close to the sea and anything to do with it. I sea swim in all weathers and have become a member of the Happy Hub in Paington, widening my friendship group and helping me to become a part of the area I now call home. My local neighbourhood in Brixham have been very welcoming and friendly and I truly feel at home here. I love walking my crazy working cocker Evie, who like me, is also an avid sea swimmer!
