North Devon Baby Bank is located at Mullacot Business Park near Ilfracombe, and we take referrals from professionals to provide baby & child essentials free of charge to families experiencing financial hardship or crisis, across North Devon. We collect pre-loved and donated goods and re-gift these essentials to children from birth to 3 years old, and older, if items are available. Essentials include new and `as new` clothing bundles, nappies when available, hygiene packs, highchairs, cribs, cot beds and bedding, toys and books etc. (We do not supply formula milk or any food stuffs.) We operate by referral so we can focus energy and resources on families most in need, or require support accessing services. If you are concerned about how to provide your child with the basic essentials of a crib or cot bed, clothing, bedding, toiletries or toys and books, please make contact with The Family Hub Devon, found online, and ask to be referred to a baby bank. Referrals can be made via any professional supporting a family, including your GP, health visitor, midwife, or nursery worker.
