Welcome to Mindful Making
I run creative classes every Wednesday 10am-12pm as part of St John's Community Cafe at St John's Church Totnes , Bridgetown, Totnes TQ9 5YD
We are upstairs on the Mezzanine floor, there is a lift for accessibility.
The classes are completely FREE as I don't want money to be a barrier for people to access.
The group is very welcoming and a safe space for fostering connections through creativity. I totally believe being creative is completely mindful, you are so focused on what you are doing that you forget your worries for that time.
I have completed a fully accredited course to become a Mental Health First Aider.
I also have personal experience of mental health issues and being creative helps me enormously so I wanted to share the power of being creative with others in the hope that it helps others too.
No need to book, just drop in, all materials are provided and no experience is necessary, we make all sorts of different easy creations for you to then take home.
