About us
We work with and for young people, led by their needs, hopes and aspirations, to improve their mental health and build confidence, self esteem, resilience and independence.
We find dedicated mentors to support young people with the challenges they face while moving towards a happy, healthy, safe and sustainable adult life.
Why another charity?
No-one else brings the strength of education and business networks AND the focus on intensive support and advocacy with trauma-experienced young people, who have experienced multiple Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and are some of the most vulnerable and hardest to engage.
We have existing relationships with ‘hard to reach’ young people and families through school (teachers are generally more trusted than other professionals) and via our family support provision.
PLUS – we’re busy building partnerships and links across the regional voluntary education and business sectors.
