I work for Dartington Service Design Lab, working in Devon and across the UK to support charities and local authorities to Design new services or improve existing ones. I have a conflict management background in a national youth charity and this underpins much of my Design work. 

The majority of my work involves coproduction, codesign and participatory research elements as I believe that this is the best way to design impactful services/programmes/organisations in communities.
