Jstep has collaborated with the NHS Healthy lifestyle team to tailor each session to your specific needs, ensuring you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, strength or for a healthier lifestyle, we will support you on your journey to becoming your best self! Conditions we are currently working with include but are not limited to: -Stroke Victims -Falls/Balance concerns -Dementia - Lack of Mobility -Arthritis and many more.
