Hello.
I am the part-time Community Builder for Paignton Town Centre, Clifton and Maidenway, working flexibly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I am also a Member Pioneer for the Co-op, which involves me networking between the Paignton Foodstores, Funeralcare and local causes which we try to support. This job is only 4 hours a week, and usually fits in on Thursdays or Fridays.
I live in Preston, Paignton, with a small dog and large cat, and have family in Torquay and Bath. I dog walk daily for 1-2 hours, enjoying the beaches, woods, quiet spaces, and streets when the weather is bad, to avoid mud. I am very fortunate to be able to walk into any of these areas directly from home. If I had more time I would kayak again with Paignton Canoe Club, and invest in an electric bicycle.
I love to write - letters, diaries, fiction, memoir, and now sometimes articles for the local publications. I dream of writing for a living, but in the meantime I need work which pays, so these dreams wait for retirement and I enjoy my work.
