I have photographed for Action for Children; Adult Social Services; Age UK; Amateur Dramatics; Amnesty; Alzheimers Association; an Arabic School; Barnstaple Amateur Boxing Club; a Heritage Centre; Campaign to Protect Rural England (Devon); a Chamber Music Festival; Dignity in Care; Drinkwise Age Well; Family Focus; Freshspring Steamship Trust; Health Walks; Leonard Cheshire Homes; Lincolnshire Best Kept Villages; Order of St John Care Trust; Oxfam; Primary schools; Relate; Skill Share; a Sport & Education Trust; Woodlands Trust; and the Youth Hostels Association.

What I offer to local non-profit organisations:

  • Good communications and commitment, once arrangements are complete;
  • To behave in a professional manner;
  • Experience of working with adults and children, including DBS checks;
  • To provide electronic versions of images, at no charge to the organisation who must then assume responsibility for their use.

I do not offer:

  • To say yes to all requests;
  • Printed materials (you can print from the electronic files);

Please consider:

  • Whether a press photographer might provide more publicity;
  • How to obtain informed consent for photography from your participants;
  • Whether a DBS check is needed;
  • Whether or not you need permission from anyone else to invite me;
  • How I am to gain entry to the setting.

 

What I need to know:

  • The nature of the event, date, time and access arrangements;
  • The purposes for which you need the images, as this determines file size;
  • That participants have given informed consent to be photographed.
