Creating immersive Sound meditarion events to lead participants to a place of deep relaxation, rest and a sense of calm. Using various world instrument, their waves of sound wash over you, bathing you in Sound.
It is often said that Sound Meditations can be a short cut to a Meditative state, which can be so very difficult to achieve in silence, when the mind becomes overactive, the ‘Monkey Mind’ just keeps jumping and swinging everywhere! Sound can ease this and lead to a calmer head space.
The benefits of Sound Meditation can include, relaxation and calmness of mind and body, clearing emotional blockages, releases tension in the body.
I offer, private group session, planned monthly sessions in the Kingsbridge area, family sessions, 1-1 plus collaborations with yoga teachers.
