We provide training, coaching and talking services to support mental wellbeing, motivation, communication skills, events and more!

We provide bespoke training, workshops, events and talks around mental wellbeing. Primarily focused on early intervention, we do however work collaboratively with other organisations with more specialised mental health support work primarly around communicative skills, motivation and empowerment.

We offer a unique program called Tidy Home Tidy Mind which is a support program specifically designed to support those suffering from cluttering or hoarding within the home environment; this includes personalised home visits, support groups, workshops, a chat group and practical support/clearance when appropriate.

We are a Community Safety Partner for Devon Somerset Fire & Rescue where we can signpost and refer individuals and families for free home home fire safety visits.
