FIREFLY ROBOTICS EDUCATIONAL CHARITY

We are a team of experienced IT personnel and teachers who offer workshops to schools in North Devon in order to teach children how to programme Edison robots. We are responding to the need for students who aspire to work in local companies to develop an interest in STEM subjects - Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Research shows that primary aged children can be inspired in this direction in Year 3. We offer our workshops to Year 3 and other year groups in KS2 and sometimes in lower secondary schools.
