Exmouth Running Club was formed and created by Kevin Palmer in July 2022 based on his passion for running and for helping people. The type of runs that he creates are aimed at runners getting the most from their running but still making it enjoyable. The club also partakes in socials and running events to create a bond within the club where many friendships are formed.

We are a friendly, supportive, all inclusive community focused running club. We aim to give you the support and belief to achieve whatever your goals are, whether in fitness, health or wellbeing. We accommodate those who want a challenging training run and those who just want a social run and best of all, the club runs are free to the community. We are enthusiastic about giving you the inspiration to believe that you can achieve . All our run leaders have LIRF UK Athletics qualifications and hold a full DBS certificate as well as completing a safeguarding course.

Why are our club runs free ?

People are struggling to become healthy and fit, we are surrounded by unhealthy food and bombarded by food advertising. Mentally we are hit by negative press day after day. Running can change your life. At Exmouth Running Club we don't want any barriers for anyone to take up running whether monetary or social, we want to help people to take that step forward to changing their lives.
