We unlock potential with young people and their communities by providing a safe space to grow, connect and inspire each other.
We are driven by our values. We bring passion, integrity and collaboration through all of our work and provide a wide range of targeted, needs-led, and professional services. We support young people from all circumstances and backgrounds to learn, create and realise their potential. By providing spaces to hang out safely with peers, talk about things they can’t ask their parents, gain confidence and try new things.
Find A Space
We run 8 Youth Centres across Devon, and use ‘Red Rock’ in Dawlish for Chances, our School.
We pride ourselves on being available when and where you need us… so that’s evenings, weekends and online.
Each of our buildings are kitted out to provide not only a safe Space to be yourself and meet friends but to get inspired for your future and, if you ever need to talk to a youth worker about anything you like!
Targetted Support
We understand the challenges young people may face from time to time. School pressures, difficult relationships, feeling low, angry or confused about the future. These things can be difficult to manage. Our Youth Workers can offer encouragement and strategies to help find a solution. This can be done as an individual or as part of a specialist support group.
Digital Youth Work
We have a dedicated digital youth work team waiting to meet you. Anything from remote 3D fabrication to learning to DJ, building robots, gaming or just dropping in for a quick chat, we’ve got you covered.
Social Action - Changing the World
We work with young people to encourage them to believe in their potential, have aspirations and make their own choices. To be who they wish to be, to influence their communities and recognise their ability to create the world they want to live in.
Volunteer Mentoring - Our Volunteers Walk Alongside Young People
You will be there to support them on their journey in what can often be a varied and challenging time in life. Areas such as self confidence and relationship issues can be explored using a solution focussed, person centered and positive approach. Our mentoring service is designed to compliment our other youth work services, specifically targeted but also open access provision.
You will be provided with training specific to your role, will have relevant safeguarding training (level 2) and will undergo a thorough induction.

What is the Peer Action Collective?
The Peer Action Collective (PAC) is a groundbreaking network of young people, who are designing and conducting research about young people’s experiences of violence. They’ll then be supported to turn what they’ve learned into action. From campaigning to improve local mental health services, setting up a youth centre or supporting young people into employment – the PAC will create opportunities for young people to make their community a safer, fairer place. The peer researchers come from a background of lived experience and have an interest in improving the lives of young people.
