I offer one to one ecotherapy sessions, as well as small groups, guiding people to deepen their connection to nature for wellbeing, growth and self-healing.

I am an accredited ecotherapist and nature connection guide. I have also completed forest bathing training and I am a shamanic practioner. I have a background of 16 years experience working in the NHS as an occupational therapist.
