I would like to put something into the community. I am 37 years old and live in Barnstaple. I am a single mum of a 3 year old boy, I have a long history of mental health and have the last 5 years been going through a very difficult healing process. I have trauma from childhood abuse that has affected me my whole life, I have overcome addictions, suicidal and intrusive thoughts and behaviour. I am now on the start of my journey to think about building my career in sports therapy and personal training, however this will be a slow journey due to my mental health and lack of confidence that stems from my childhood abuse. I would like to help other women and in return it would help me build confidence and start to begin to socialise more to bring out the very best version of myself
