Hello! I'm courtney, a 37 year old fitness instructor/sports massage therapist with a passion for health and fitness. Originally from the Caribbean, I've always been drawn to activities that allow me to express my creativity and problem-solving skills.
Currently, I'm a learning mentor in the field of Education. I am deeply interested in health and fitness , and I'm excited about the potential to make a positive impact in this area. My educational/professional journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in sports massage and being a fitness instructor
Outside of my work/studies, I'm an avid karate enthusiast. Whether it's training for grading or sparing with like minded people, I find joy in exploring new ways to pursue this interest. Additionally, I am passionate about going to the gym and keeping myself in shape.
I strive to incorporate my principles into my personal and professional life. My experiences have been shaped by my parents and mentors as I've learned the importance of how we expect to be treated is how we treat other, with love and respect].
