I’m Tess Lovely, a dedicated midwife of Birth From Within (BFW). With over 25 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about empowering women and their families throughout the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth and parenting. At Birth From Within, I have carefully developed a range of classes, workshops and resources designed to enhance this incredible experience for women and their partners. My work also extends to facilitating peer support groups on topics such as baby loss, trauma and mental well-being, men’s support and blended families among others. I believe in fostering connection, strength and resilience during one of life’s most profound traditions.
