Hi, I’m Barbs! I’m medically retired and I was widowed in 2021 after caring for my terminally ill husband for several years. I understand the struggles of being alone suddenly, and the benefits of having someone to talk to. Talking to someone who understands your situation. Someone who can help in practical ways like signposting you to the relevant information for you personally. Being isolated can cause all sorts of anxiety, but even if you just feel like a chat - please contact me.
