ANDIGWA DANCE with Rebecca Jeffery for a fitter, happier you! Fabulous music and, easy dance moves such as African dance, samba, salsa, Bollywood, pop and more! Warm up with dance techniques! Become strong, fit, and flexible! Cool down and stretch to leave feeling relaxed, wonderful and happy!
All adults are warmly welcome including over 50s. Recordings are available if you register for the online classes - to access the sessions again any time which suits you.

PGCE, Honours in Dance Theatre (Plymouth University including a thesis project in Gule Wamkulu - 'The Great Dance' of Malawi, Zambia & Mozambique);
YMCA London Exercise to Music certificate;
United Kingdom Alliance Dance-Drama-Exercise: Street and Hip Hop Dance
City & Guilds 7302 Adult Teaching Certificate, Bideford Arts Centre
Bata Dance of Nigeria Certificate – Badejo Arts Summer School London
African dance training with Zab Maboungo (Congo Zaire), and Peter Badejo (Nigeria), Batch Gueye (Senegal). Contemporary dance training with Cathy Richards, Claire China and Ruth Way (Plymouth University), Flamenco Dance with Mercedes Romero and Maria Fernandez.
