Retired - work on improving habitat on small farmstead.
Me and my husband are mainly retired, we have 25 Acres of woodland and meadow where we are trying to encourage a diversity of wild indigenous flowers and trees to support insects, small animals and birds to thrive. We’ve put in some ponds and we're not doing things like tidying our land, not burning the deadwood or cutting down the thistles. We are not off grid but do power our own home from solar 90% of the time.
We are activists, interested in social justice, campaigning for change...
