Health & Social Care
Established as a charity in 1978, we provide a high level of person-centred support for individuals with learning and physical disabilities in North Devon. The Northam Care Trust is comprised of Supported Living and Enabling Services, Residential Lodges and Community Outreach Day Opportunities. We also offer a bespoke Older Peoples Project, reconnecting isolated individuals within the community.
