Yoga is a powerful yet simple way for us to look after physical and emotional health.
I aim to create classes that are enjoyable and accessible to people. You don't need to be fit or flexibile to practise Yoga.
Beginners encouraged to join us :)
Yoga Classes I am offering:
Mondays ~ 9.30-10.15am ~ Seated Yoga ~ On Zoom
Seated Yoga: Perfect for those who would like a Yoga class without the floor work. For those with reduced mobility, you are encouraged to work in a way that feels healthy for you.
Mondays ~ 6-7pm ~ Hatha Yoga ~ Heavitree Hub ~ Zoom available
Thursdays ~ 6-7pm ~ Hatha Yoga ~ The Spalding Hall, Cheriton Bishop ~ Zoom available
Hatha Yoga: Steady paced with some fiery and energising postures included. We stretch and move the body to recharge and relax. We practise breathwork and mindfulness to calm the mind and nourish the spirit.
Monthly Saturdays ~ 10.30-12pm ~ Self Care Saturday Yoga ~ At Revitalize Studios, Topsham and The Ockment Centre, Okehampton ~ Zoom available
An hour of physical Yoga to recharge and relax. Followed by a deeply soothing guided meditation. Practised lying down, you can bring cosy blanket if you like :) You are likely to leave feeling sparkly and new!
