Just because the nights are colder and the days shorter, doesn’t mean we should be deterred from getting active outdoors! There’s still plenty to see and explore during the darker months, and getting outdoors and moving can really help ease the impact being indoors can have on our mental health.
Heading outdoors, connecting with nature, and getting the blood pumping – no matter what that looks like for you – is the best way to stay healthy and beat the winter blues and make a positive impact on the environment. Whether that’s walking, wheeling, cycling, or something else entirely, we want you to get out and GLOW!
