The Culm Voluntary Car Scheme provides volunteer drivers (using their own cars) to transport frail, elderly and disabled people from Cullompton and surrounding area to hospital, GP surgeries and other medical appointments.

We are currently looking for an additional volunteer coordinator to join our team to take calls from passengers and arrange for a driver to take them to their appointments (we currently have 21 drivers).

Using the mobile phone provided shifts would normally be a week at a time between the hours of 9.00 am and 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The work is interesting and varied with the convenience of working from your own home and you will be providing an essential service in the community.

For more details please contact Brian Hancock on 01884 33161.
