A course all about the element of earth and what it means to live well, feel connected and care for ourselves and the world around us. We will be connecting with nature, foraging, meditating, sculpting and more, drawing from ancient wisdom and modern science. You will come away with tools for well-being and a sence of being rooted and supported.

3 workshops on Friday 29th, Saturday 30th August and Saturday 13th September.

All with different content and different venues. You can attend one, two or all three.

The first workshop starts at St Annes Hall on Babbacombe road and we will be spending time on Wall's Hill nearby.
