Join us for a series of free workshops to support your mental and physical health, using the Five Ways to Wellbeing as our inspiration.
The workshops are a playful and enlivening way to support mental health and wellbeing through movement, in a supportive, safe space, giving you the opportunity to move, create, imagine and reflect at your own pace and in ways that feel right for you.
The workshops start on Saturday 17th January and will take place on the third Thursday of every month, until the 20th June 2026, 10am - 12pm. You are welcome to join us for a hot drink and a gentle easing into the session from 9.30am. Quay Lane Studio, Harbour House, Kingsbridge.
Led and facilitated by experienced mental health and wellbeing practioners.
