Mini and Me is a tots tennis lesson and a parent fitness class all rolled into one – giving parents the opportunity to do their own fitness whilst their tot is having their tennis lesson.
Our LTA accredited tennis coach will work with your tot using balloons and soft balls, playing floor tennis and lots of tennis related age appropriate games, whilst you get to work on your own health and wellbeing on the same court – using mini nets and soft balls. This is then followed by a circuit workout using weights/bodyweight and other equipment, with each exercise adapted to your individual ability. This session is the perfect introduction back to fitness for new mums.
Dads, grandparents and carers are welcome to join in too, take some time for you in between the child care.
