Have you been bereaved? Would you like support with your grief?

Grief and a cuppa sessions are held currently in Okehampton and Hatherleigh.

I created grief and a cuppa due to my own personal loss of my son Jack in 2010, when I had to wait a long time to talk to someone and I made a promise that no one would grieve alone.

There is always a friendly listening ear and you will always be made to feel welcome.
