An informal peer support group open to anyone experiencing pain and difficulties from their chronic conditions. Led by volunteers who are living with chronic pain. 

A proactive gathering to share and explore ideas which may help manage your conditions. Covering topics such as sleep, pain and medication, anxiety and depression and anything else they would like to address as a group.
