An exercise class for people who have been diagnosed with diabetes or are pre diabetic. The class is tailored to help you exercise safely, become fitter, increase your vitality and improve your confidence.
Regular attendance will improve your flexibility, balance, muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness, and may help with diabetes control.
The exercise will be for 45mins and tailored for all abilites. There will be social time afterwards to meet and chat to other people in the class with diabetes.
