We are seeking a Literacy Specialist to support and advise with specific literacy queries, to create and maintain a “resources box” and to provide ad hoc help to the current Coordinators.
Please get in touch if you have:
- Training and experience of teaching literacy, preferably to adults?
- Knowledge of a range of teaching resources available to adults, or are willing to research them?
- Good communication and people skills?
- Time, energy and enthusiasm (approximately two hours each week)?
- A commitment to improving the lives of people who struggle to read?
