Walking Football organised and supervised by FA qualified coach. Shorter pitch, shorter playing time, ball below head height, no physical contact. Good fun way to get fit again whilst meeting new people. Matters not if you are kicking a ball for the first time or an ex professional player it is all about having a bit of fun and exercise.
