Walking netball is a slower version of the game, played indoors. It is just walking, no running and is suitable for everyone and every ability. This fun sociable group includes a good warm-up before to get you going then 55 mins on court activities.

Open to all abilities - no experience! Come along, have a laugh and meet some lovely people whilst getting in a gentle workout.
