Our role models work alongside deaf and disabled people to support them in making healthy and positive lifestyle choices. They act as a positive role model as they prepare young deaf and disabled people for adult life.

Role models can help young deaf and disabled people to avoid the negative social experiences that being deaf or disabled can bring, whilst helping them navigate some of the hardest years of their lives.

Our role models work alongside our clients to guide them through their transition into adult life, helping them with employment and training opportunities, life skills and building strong and healthy relationships with themselves and others.
