The Memory Cafes offer an opportunity for those with any kind of Dementia and their carers to spend a couple of hours away from all the stress and strains of modern life.

If you, or someone you know, need a change of scenary, or would just like to meet new people and you like the sound of the above, then come along and enjoy an afternoon of activities, including, but not limited to:

MUSIC, DANCING, SINGING, ARTS & CRAFTS, EXERCISE SESSIONS, PET THERAPY, POETRY, GAMES, PUZZLES, OCCASIONAL GARDENING, AND OF COURSE JUST GENERAL CHIT CHAT.

A choice of refreshements are always served, along with biscuits and quite often some lovely cakes.

The cafe's run every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm at Palace Avenue Methodist Church Hall, Palace Avenue, Paignton and every Monday from 2pm to 4pm at St Georges Church Hall, Barn Road, Goodrington.
